About the Kinetic Crew
Kinetic is an industrial music promotion crew operating in Chicago, specializing in hard EBM, techno-industrial, and rhythmic noize. A collective of 4 people, Kinetic is dedicated to building the Chicago noize scene with regular DJ nights and shows. We’ve been making ear drums bleed since the beginning of 2004.
Kinetic is “non-profit” in that all of the money we make from events (aside from a minor DJ fee–drinking money–and fees paid to performing artists) goes back into the crew, and is spent on buying better gear, bringing great artists to town, and otherwise making our events better. We keep all of our events low-priced. We’re not interested in making money or promoting the music industry, but we are interested in supporting artists and building the local noize scene.

finally some decent music in this city!!! I just moved and was almost giving up on finding anything worth while, though that you can’t get more industrial than ambient here, but this is just perfect! keep up the good work!
